What additional information might lenders require from portfolio landlords?
Following a PRA review in 2017, it was suggested that lenders consider the following when accepting applications from this type of investor:
- Property portfolio spreadsheet
- Cashflow forecast spreadsheet
- Income and expenditure spreadsheet
- Business plan
- Three months’ bank statements
- SA302s and tax overviews from HMRC
- Tenancy agreements for all properties
